- To respond to your enquiry and, where you ask, to match you with suitable vetted providers.
- To send you guides and updates if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (for subscriptions), and on your request and our legitimate interest in responding (for enquiries and matching).
Who we share it with
When you ask to be matched, we share the relevant details with the vetted provider(s) we introduce you to. We also use trusted service providers to run the site and handle email (for example, our hosting and email-routing providers). We do not sell your personal data. We may earn a referral commission when you choose a provider through us — see our Terms — but this never changes the guidance we give.
Cookies
This website currently uses only what is necessary to function and does not set non-essential tracking or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and seek your consent where required.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete it.
